Why do alot of people leave New York City to relocate to other states, esp. Georgia?
Dee B asked: I live In New York City. Some young working age people from my church and job have moved to Georgia. Some also moved to Pennsylvania and Maryland. Why do so many people relocate then some come back to New York?
